April L. Inskeep, Esquire
April L. Inskeep, Esquire is an Associate Attorney at Michelle M. Martz, P.A. Ms. Inskeep is admitted to the Maryland bar. She currently represents clients in estate planning, estate administration and probate, estate litigation, real estate litigation, and other civil matters throughout Maryland.
Ms. Inskeep received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in May 2016. Ms. Inskeep has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Towson University. In between her undergraduate studies and law school, Ms. Inskeep worked as a property claims adjuster where she acquired experience in homeowner’s insurance, contracts, and construction.
Prior to joining Michelle M. Martz, P.A., Ms. Inskeep completed a year-long judicial clerkship at the Circuit Court for Howard County. While clerking, she gained invaluable insight into civil litigation, including guardianship and elder law.
While at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Inskeep was a Rule 16 Student Attorney with the State’s Attorney’s Office for Baltimore City where she prosecuted misdemeanors in District Court, a member of the Tax Moot Court Team, and an editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum. She also participated in a workshop, Planning for Families and Seniors, where she prepared estate planning documents.
